You Just Knew He Was From Palm Bay

You are watching TV, and the News people come at you with the teaser "Brevard Man beats teen in backyard fight caught on video". See the video at 11:00. And you just know its a Palm Bay man but you are hoping it is Cocoa or Mims. The story has even made national news and by now it is a YouTube sensation.

We are the City of white trash, wannabe gangstas and evidently grown men with dreams and fantasies of being a UFC fighter.

From all the reports out there it seems that Gary Leroy Johnson, If you were playing the guess the race game before you saw the video you probably lost. You know what I am talking about, Anyway Gary Leroy Johnson age 35, was referee for some back yard fisticuffs between his teenage son and another 16 year old punk. Gary stated he wanted to make sure it was a fair fight. Seems Gary's son either pussed out or had enough so Gary decided to finish what his son could not or would not do.
First he congratulated the 16 year old with a little pat on the back then decided he could probably take the kid so Gary started whipping the boys ass. Gary is a big boy 6'5 220 lbs the kid was about 5'8'' maybe a buck fifty

So it did not take too much to knock the 16 year old tattooed punk on his ass. Gary then must have imagined him self in the
Octagon fighting the Iceman Chuck Liddell he got carried away because he jumped on the kid and started pounding and pummeling the punk into submission in front of his son, his wife and some fat guy with a beer all of which star in the video. The crowd was calling his name. Then thank goodness Gary Leroy Johnson age 35 white dude with no police record from Palm Bay and get this, an emergency room technician, comes to his senses and realizes he is not in a pay for view and he is not in the UFC Octagon. He is in his own backyard in Palm Bay Florida beating the crap out of some little 16 year old punk kid who whipped his son's ass. He gets up from straddling the young lad whom he just pummeled and comes back to the real world. He realizes time to cover my ass. There is no after fight press conference. He makes up some bull shit story for the police but he did not realize that he was being filmed after all.
Now Gary Leroy Johnson you are a star. You have made it to the big time. The National News has picked up the story and you have once again put Palm Bay on the map. Never mind dumb ass that you now probably lost your good job as an emergency room technician and now have been charged with felony counts of aggravated battery and child abuse, as well as misdemeanor counts of filing a false report, affray and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You had to post a $35,000 bond to get your stupid ass out of the Crowbar hotel and now you need to hire a lawyer.
Now because you live in Palm Bay everybody who recognizes you is going to want to kick your ass just so you know it is not that easy to beat up a grown up. Gary you should have stayed with playing
UFC on the XBOX 360 because you are in a whole Heep of shit now. Gary you make us proud. You put Palm Bay back in the National News. Gary you are what makes Palm Bay the place to be.

At least We Are Not Cocoa

One of the responses from Palm Bay citizens when confronted about their wonderful City is "hey at least we are not Cocoa." Because it makes us feel better that we are not the worst place to live in the County because we all know Cocoa is worse. Is it?

What is our City Motto now? Palm Bay a place to grow. Grow what? Weed? Most of the problems were caused by all of this growing with the crappiest of all plans.... I do not think there were any plans. It kind of went like this. We had sixty three square miles of city when I moved here in the early 80s they put all of the resources and funds to the Lockmar area that's where most of the City Council resided at the time so that's where the money went first, ignoring the rest of the City. Then we got our settlement from GDC so that worthless property surrounding the "hole in the doughnut" became prime real estate because this third world city needed a First Class golf course which created the Bay Side section of Palm Bay. The people who live in Bay Side really do not want to even say they live in Palm Bay they always answer "We live in Bay Side". I got news for you. You live in Palm Bay assholes. Now all the neighborhoods surrounding the Bayside area now want to be included as residents of Bay Side because being from Palm Bay sucks.

Cocoa has the City Motto “The City of Community, Culture and Commerce” Yeah big freaking whoop from the Crime Reports you still have us beat on Crack Heads, whores and people committing Battery. Where is all the culture there in Cocoa? The Cocoa Village Play House? It is not in Cocoa. Cocoa Village is your Bayside. Commerce? Well we got ourselves a Super Walmart too.
I think Palm Bay is just full of culture.

Have you ever been to the Winn Dixie Shopping Center on Malabar Rd. after dark. That's culture on full display.
Cocoa has their "little Viet Nam" We have Madalyn Landings
and The Park in Palm Bay Apartments. . We have 3 Publix's how many does Cocoa have ... ? Cocoa beats us in murders and drive bys but we are working on that.
Cocoa High is in Cocoa and Palm Bay High is in Melbourne.

But we have two other High Schools,
Bay Side and Heritage High ahh yes
Heritage High full of culture.

Palm Bay has hotter City Council Members

I think Cocoa is worse but we are sure giving them a run for the top or rather bottom.

We Finally scored a 100% at Something

Finally Something in Palm Bay has scored a 100 %. With glowing pride it has been announced the Riviera Elementary School in Palm Bay has 100% of its students in the Free or reduced Lunch Program. Now that is something to be proud about. It seems that Palm Bay kids are literally starving right before our very eyes. I find this to be unbelievable but apparently true.
Seems not only are they starving on school days but during non school days too, so they get meals to take home for the weekend thanks to The Children's Hunger Project, based in Brevard County .
From the looks of some of the Single mothers I saw on the TV news story with their 5 kids. Mom has been eating most of the food in the house. Now if they qualify for the free lunch they most likely are getting food stamps. Somebody needs some lessons in how to shop and how to plan meals. Also maybe how to keep their legs crossed or taught how to use birth control. Some of these Baby's Daddies should start supporting their children and the woman they impregnate. I seriously do not see that happening in this Country anytime soon

Nobody wants to see kids go hungry seriously, no one does. And its a damn shame Mom can afford her Newports and somehow afford tattoos and the scratch off tickets but she somehow cant feed her kids. Maybe you can get a cheaper phone and quit texting every freaking minute. Oh wait the government now provides the cell phones too. Why does the old saying come to mind "Don't breed em if you cant feed em." So everyone else in our society. No, let me rephrase that the people who still work in our society or the 48% of Americans that do pay income taxes must give up a portion of their income to feed someone Else's children before they even get to feed their own family. That's right, before we receive our hard earned paycheck the Government takes a great big chunk of our money then gives us what they (The government) think we should have. And right now our President and most of the Democrats in Washington want more and want us to pay our fair share and sacrifice. But wait that's my money I worked those hours. So that the government can give our hard earned money to people to buy food for their kids, pay for housing for these people and in alot of cases their electric bills too. Ain't America great. When are the people who get all that welfare money going to sacrifice. They have TVs cell phones apparently enough money for tattoos cigarettes Xboxes, PlayStation's and Nitindos. We have the richest fattest poor people on the face of the Earth you want to see real poverty? Try Haiti or just about any place on the African Continent. That's where people are starving not Palm Bay. We just have irresponsible people who pop out babies with the expectation that everybody else is going to take care of them. For everything, the birth the diapers the Dr. visits the clothes the school supplies the roof over their head the food in their kitchen everything. Including the presents under the tree at Christmas.
If charities want to provide all of these things that's great but we are forced to.
I know you will say the USA wastes tons of cash, We send it all over the world, money on wars, The space program, studies on the sex life of the snail darter, and if you work for Harris or Lockheed or some other government contractor you are taking Govt. welfare too. Except we earn it by producing something other then broods of illegitimate kids. The taxpayers are getting something for their buck.
Whatever the Government gets from us it is never enough. When you have no skin in the game meaning you are not having a portion of your check confiscated by the government you really do not care, you just want what you think you should be getting.Because after all you think you deserve it. It is not fair that someone else has a nice car or a boat or a nice house and you don't.
I haven't seen any kids in Palm Bay with a swollen belly and flies buzzing around their heads sitting next to their mother whose emaciated baby is sucking on a shriveled tit.

I see some chubby little kids running loose at Walmart while their single mom is talking on her

cell phone, breaking out the multiple WIC checks and lining up the juice, cereal, eggs, cheese and milk and maybe some baby formula then she pulls the big cart of groceries up that the food stamp card pays for. Then she waddles out. Meanwhile I have to buy the ground beef and hamburger helper and some how make that food in my cart stretch out until next payday. What the hell has happened to this country?
I know you think I sound mean and heartless but I am happy the kids with the irresponsible single mothers who attend Riviera Elementary in Palm Bay will have food to eat over the weekend thanks to The Children's Hunger Project, based in Brevard County. They should never have been hungry in the first place. When are people going to be responsible for themselves? That is what made us what we were. Our DNA is no different then the rest of the world we just had our freedom and liberty and took care of ourselves because that's what we did. Now look at us.
